Whatever it’s for, it does look like a match to the one below it, any check engine light ,weird running or things not working? Always the chance it’s there because they used same harnesses ( bunch other parts too ) across similar model lines. Is service manuals here a plenty, gifts for every vic owner that’s available to download and can be printed out if prefer a hard copy. @normthenomad has had a few those bikes and may have your answer
